It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Nicola on April 23rd, 2022 at the age of 92.

She leaves to join her husband, the late Giovanni Fanelli. She was also predeceased by her two beautiful children Michele and Lina. She leaves behind her daughter-in-law Mirella, her son-in-law Kosta; her precious grandchildren Giovanni (Marisa), Francesco (Christine), Sabrina (Fabrizio), Angelica, Olivia (Steven) as well as her loving great-grandchildren; Michael, Mario, Kiera, Adriano, Giuliana, Abigail and Alessio.

The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie / Athos, 1275 Dollard Ave, Lasalle on Wednesday April 27th from 2:00-5:00p.m. and 7:00-9:00p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday April 28th, at Madre Dei Cristiani Church at 11:00am followed by a burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Palliative Care Unit at Santa Cabrini Hospital.
