In St-Lambert, November 25, 2024, at the age of 99, passed away Monique Laforest, wife of the late Jean Forté.

She is survived by her children: Réal (Suzanne Gagnon), Marie (Richard Barbacki), Alain (Huguette Proulx) and Luce;

her grandchildren: Jean-Philippe Déry, Marilyn Déry (Yannick Lapointe), Christine Barbacki (Eric Griffith), Mathieu Barbacki (Marta Usakiewicz), Ariane Barbacki (Matthew Alinauskas), Maude Forté and Eve Forté (Francis Maheu);

her great-grandchildren: Louka, Liam, Avril, Evan, Giselle, Rémy, Nicolas, Lara and Olivier; her brother Guy Laforest (Solange Cournoyer), her brother-in-law André Forté (Hélène Farmer); as well as nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
