Bahni, Yaacoub

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yaacoub Bahni on Thursday, November 28, 2024, surrounded by his family.

Son of the late Youssef Bahni and Mariam Baho, he is survived by his wife Wande Yacoub, his two sons Elie and Joseph, and his daughter Sandra (Johnny Ibrahim).

Yaacoub is also survived by his brothers Georges (Chaza Alillo) and family, the late Ziad and Fadi (Colette Melki) and family. As well as his sisters, Jamhoura (late Hamma Daoud) and family. Fadia and family and Rim (Imad Charro) and family.

He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and countless relatives and friends in Syria and Canada.

The family will receive your condolences on Sunday, November 30, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Saint-Jacques Syriac Orthodox Cathedral, 7 boul. West in Sainte-Thérèse.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2024 at the same cathedral at 1 p.m., followed by burial in Notre-Dame des Anges cemetery at 1759 Antoine Dalmas St., Laval (Sainte-Dorothée).
