Mr. Philibert Ouellet, born in St-Paul-de-la-Croix in 1939, passed away peacefully in Sainte-Rose Laval in the presence of his family. Husband of the late Isabelle Deschênes of St-Louis-du-Ha! Ha! he was an exceptional man of extraordinary strength of character, with a formidable ability to adapt in all facets of his life.
