It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Irène Filion (née Mainville) on November 21, 2024 in Montreal. She was the wife of the late Fernand Filion.

Mrs. Filion is survived by her sons Marcel (France) and Gaétan, her grandchildren Myrianne, Jonathan, Jean-François and Valérie, and her great-grandchildren Samuel, Rosalie, Kim and Charline.

She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on December 7, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street, Montreal. A ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. in the complex chapel, followed by interment at Repos Saint-François d'Assise.
