Maria La Morgia
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Maria La Morgia on November 14, 2024 at her residence in Pointe Claire.
Maria is survived by her children Tiziana Carafa (Filippo Speranza), Fiorino Carafa (Helen Stathakos), Vania Carafa (Michael Thompson); her granddaughter Arianna Carafa; her sisters Ginetta and Carmosina as well as her sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces and many other family members and friends in Canada and Italy.
The family will receive condolences on November 22, 2024 from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien St. E., Montreal.
The funeral service will be held on November 23 at 9 a.m. in the chapel of the same Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex.
Interment will follow at Repos Saint-François d'Assise Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Maria would have appreciated donations be made to the Nova West Island Senior Care.
