Elsa Geahel
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elsa Aziz (née Geahel), on November 6, 2024, at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late Maroun-Philippe Aziz, and leaves a huge void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Born on October 2, 1938, Elsa lived a life filled with tenderness, generosity and immeasurable love for her family. She is survived by her sons Philippe and Andrew (Pina), her beloved grandchildren Isabella and Luca, as well as her brother Alfred (Thérèse), her sister Christiane, and her cousin Gladis, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will always remember her gentleness and devotion.
She had that rare ability to rally people around her, to transmit the values of kindness and humanity. Her smile, kindness and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all those who had the good fortune to cross her path.
The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 3955 Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, on Monday, November 18, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m., followed by a service in the complex chapel.
May his memory be eternal.
