Yasser Balka
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the much-lamented Yasser Balka, who left us peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Friday 18 October 2024.
Son of the late Elias Balka and the late Catherine Khoury, he is survived by his wife Fadia Nasra, daughter Katrina and son Raphael, brother Bahjat Balka (Anas Attar) and family in Lebanon, brother Jean Balka, sister Hanan (the late Georges Boutros) and family, his sister Majida (Raymond Beyrouthy) and family in Lebanon, his mother-in-law, Latifé Assaf (late Mounir Nasra), his brother-in-law Philippe Nasra, his brother-in-law Fadi Nasra (Denise Maalouly) and family as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends in Canada and Lebanon.
The family will receive your condolences Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 1255 Beaumont Avenue, Mont Royal.
Funeral service will be held Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Virgin Mary of Antioche located at 120 Boul. Gouin Est, Montréal. Followed by burial in the Urgel Bourgie Garden located at 8145 Chemin Chambly in Saint Hubert.
