It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonia Pellegrino on Thursday 17 October 2024 in Montreal.

She was the daughter of Carlo Pellegrino and Lise Pocetti.

Sonia is survived by her former husband Dionicio Hidalgo Peña, daughter Maria-Cristina Hidalgo (Frantz Pierre), grandson Kendrick Hidalgo Pierre, brothers Tony Pellegrino (Assunta Massarelli) and nieces Ariana and Emma Pellegrino. Stéphanie Element, her sister at heart.

She is also survived by her cousins and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive you for condolences on Thursday, November 7, 2024 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien East in Montreal.
