It is with great sadness and bitterness that we announce the death of the late Bachar Homsi-Zeidan, who passed away in Montreal on October 1, 2024.

He is survived by his father Elia Homsi-Zeidan and his mother Marah Romanous, as well as his brothers Antoun and Jacques.

He is survived by his aunts on his father's side:
Isabelle Homsi-Zeidan, the late Fadia, Hoda (Georges Mora) and family, Amira (Ibrahim Danilian) and family and Bernadette (Majid Newman) and family.
His uncle the late Georges (Joumana Semaan) and family.

He is also survived by his aunts on his mother's side
Maha Roumanos (Nicholas Hakim) and family, Nouha (Antoine Homsi) and family, Lina (the late Georges Zakko) and family and Rima (Bassel Al Khalil) and family.

Bachar is survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends in Syria, Canada and many other countries.

The family will receive your condolences on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex at 2500 Ave des Perron, Laval.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the same complex followed by interment in the adjacent cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a local charity would be appreciated.
