Maria Huerta Ortiz
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Huerta Ortiz on September 17, 2024 in Montreal at the age of 65.
She was the daughter of the late Juan Huerta and Carmen Ortiz, and the daughter-in-law of the late Paul Pelland and Françoise Pepin.
Mrs. Huerta Ortiz is survived by her husband Louis-Paul Pelland, her children Marina, Roberto, Kiczel, Stéphane, Azucena and Corina, her grandchildren Zaid, Jordan and Ethan, and her brothers and sisters Juan Carlos, the late Maria de Lourdes, Silvia and Juana.
She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on October 5, 2024 at the Urgel Bourgie Complex located at 1255 Beaumont Avenue in Montreal from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.. A ceremony in his honour will follow.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a donation to Le Neuro Foundation.
