Jules Roy
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Jules Roy on September 16, 2024 in Montreal. He was the husband of the late Fernande Laplante.
Mr. Roy is survived by his children Michel (Lucie Doucet), Daniel (Elisabeth Couture) and France (Marc Labine), his grandchildren Gaëlle (Haig), Olivier (Julie), Mathieu (Alexandra), Laurence (David), Mélissa (Maxime) and Sébastien and his great-grandchildren Arthur, Ellie, Jules and Lara.
He is also survived by his brother Marcel, sister Gisèle, sisters-in-law Claire and Agathe, nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on October 13, 2024 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien Street East in Montreal. A ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. in the complex chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank Dr. Rivest and the entire team on the 4th floor of the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital for the good care and assistance they provided.
