It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sihame Abou-Merhi El Maalouli. She left us on Monday September 9, 2024 peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones.

Daughter of the late Wadih and Alice Abou-Merhi, she is survived by her husband Georges El Maalouli and her children: Lilianne (Wesam Touchan), Dany (Mélissa Wazen) and the late Michel (Rajaa Saliba).

Teta Sihame will be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Alyssa, Eliana, Georges, Nicolas, Jake and Julia.

She is survived by her brothers Amine Abou-Merhi (Thérèse El Thoumi) and family, Georges Abou-Merhi (Mireille Bou-Merhi) and family, Abdellah Abou-Merhi (Carole Haddad) and family.

Her sisters Amale Abou-Merhi (late Najib Harik) Nahia Abou-Merhi (Walid Harik) and their respective family.

Sihame is survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends in Canada and Lebanon.

The family will receive your condolences on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex at 1255 Beaumont Blvd, Mont Royal.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Saint-George Orthodox Church of Montreal, 575 Jean Talon Blvd. east, Montreal. Followed by interment at Jardin Urgel Bourgie at 2500 Boul des Perron, Laval.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Saint George Orthodox Church would be appreciated.
