It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alexandros Lekkas on Friday, September 6th 2024 in Brossard, Quebec. He was born in Arapolaka , Greece on March 13th, 1938.

He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather, a man who knew that life is both hard and beautiful, but always faced it with courage and smile.

He cared for his family in his own way, through his actions and pure love from his heart.
He is lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 61 years, Evangelia with whom he shared a lifetime of love.

His departure leaves his family and his friends with precious memories, invaluable life lessons, and an inspiration that will continue to guide us.

May he have a good resurrection and may he have a good reunion in the Kingdom of God.
May his memory be eternal!

In lieu of flowers the family requests that the money be donated to the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, September 11th from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. at the Urgel Bourgie funeral home, 8145 Ch. de Chambly, St-Hubert, QC J3Y 5K2

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 10:00am at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church , 4350 Montée Saint-Hubert, Saint-Hubert, QC J3Y 1V1.
