It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Nicolas Zeitouni, aged 89, on August 27, 2024 in Montreal.

He is survived by his wife Marguerite, sons François and Jean-Marie (Hélène), granddaughters Gabrielle and Sasha Noûr, sister Odette, many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. A native of Alexandria (Egypt), Mr. Zeitouni had a career as a painter and art teacher, as well as a jeweler, notably as owner of the L'Olivier jewelry store.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, September 6, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday, September 7, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, at Marie-Reine-des-Cœurs Church, 5905 Turenne Street, Montreal.
