It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rosella Colosimo at the age of 53, after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her children Ida Maria and Armando. She is predeceased by her father Vincenzo and will be fondly remembered by her mother Ida, brothers Palmarino (Tina), Michele (Rosa), Fedele (Pina), and greatly missed by her nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Glen Hospital (ICU and Palliative Care Units) for their care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, August 25, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 1275 Av Dollard, LaSalle, QC H8N 2J1. A mass for Rosella Colosimo will be held the following day, Monday, August 26, at 11 a.m. at Madre Dei Cristiani Church, 7935 rue Lefebvre, LaSalle, QC. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Jardins Commémoratifs et Salon Funéraire Rideau, 4239 Bd des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2A6.
