Judy Aina
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Judy Aina, daughter of the late Femi Aina, at dawn on August 11, 2024, in Montreal.
She is survived by her loving mother Marie-Thérèse Jean-Jacques and daughter Chloé. She is also survived by her first cousins Marielle, Ghislaine, François (Roseline), Carline (Nerva), Yves-Andrée, Pierre-Émard, Yannick and Mérise, as well as many other cousins, their spouses and children; her grand-cousins Jessica (Benoit), Lorna (Jonathan), Gina, Marco (Julie); her grand-nephews and grand-nieces Mattéo, Noah, Gabriel, Maxime, Sabrina and many other extended family members and friends with whom she maintained a close relationship over the years.
She is also survived by her long-time friends Nathalie, Katia, Karine, Mireille, Vicky and An, with whom she shared a thousand joys and a thousand storms. Dear Judy, our paths parted too quickly, but know that you will remain forever in our hearts.
A generous and caring family physician, she began her career at the CLSC de Châteauguay, then moved on to the CLSC René-Cassin. She then continued her practice at the Médicentre LaSalle. She always had fond memories of her colleagues and patients.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, August 24, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex, 3955 Côte-de-Liesse Road, Ville-Saint-Laurent. A mass will follow at 3 p.m. and a reception from 5 to 7 p.m.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Jewish General Hospital and CHSLD Vigi Mont-Royal.
Express your sympathy by making a donation in his name to CHSLD Vigi Mont-Royal.
