It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacques Champagne on July 21, 2024 in Laval.

He is survived by his wife Nicole Lefebvre, the mother of his children Lise Bouchard, his children Marc-Antoine (Jacinthe) and Émilie (Jocelyn), his grandchildren Justin and Juliette, his brothers André (Lise) and Pierre (Réjane), his sister Sylvie (Richard), his nephews and nieces, as well as many relatives and long-time friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos Funeral Complex located at 2500 avenue des Perron, Laval, on August 24, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. followed by a chapel service.

Interment will take place at 4:00 p.m.

The family invites you to a little lunch at the reception hall from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Centre intégré de Cancérologie de l'hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé and the CISSS de Laval.
