Evangelia Koutroulou
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Evangelia Koutroulou in Montreal on July 20, 2024, at the age of 93 years. She was the daughter of the late Fotios Koutroulos and the late Georgia Nikas.
She leaves to mourn her spouse, Leonildo De Mello. She also leaves to mourn her children , Sophia, Paula, Angelo, Frank, Martha, Donato, Georgia, Hugo, Demetria, and Peter. Her grandchildren, Emmanuel, Angelique, Christopher, Nicholas, Peter, Christina, Emily, Alexander, Samantha, George, James, Meghann and Alexi. Her great grandchildren, Jake, Hailey, Eva, Olivia, and Zoe. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
The family will receive condolences at Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex (1255 Beaumont Ave., Mont-Royal, H3P 2H2) on Monday, July 29, 2024, from 2 PM to 5 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM.
The funeral service will be held at St. Markella Greek Orthodox Church (5390 Rue Saint-Urbain, Montréal, QC H2T 2X1) on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 11 AM, followed by the burial at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
