It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michel El-Maalouli, who has left us peacefully on July 19th, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends at the age of 46.

He leaves to mourn his wife Rajaa Saliba and his sons Georges and Nicolas. Son of Georges and Sihame El-Maalouli, he will be dearly missed by his sister Lilianne (Wesam Touchan) and his brother Dany (Melissa Wazen). He also leaves to mourn his nephews and nieces: Alyssa, Éliana, Jake and Julia. As well as his mother-in-law Layla Riachy Saliba and brothers-in-law Tony and Roger Saliba and their families. Michel will be missed by many cousins, uncles and aunts, colleagues, relatives and friends in Canada and Lebanon.

The family will receive your condolences Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, July 26, 2024 from noon to 2 p.m. at Saint George Orthodox Church, 555 Jean Talon Street East, Montreal.

The funeral service will begin on Friday, July 26 at 2 p.m. at the same church, followed by the burial at Jardin Urgel Bourgie at 2500 Avenue des Perron, Laval.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Saint George Church for the repose of his soul would be appreciated.
