We are saddened to announce the death of Dimitrios Giannakellis on 2 July 2024 in Montreal. He was the son of the late Efstratios Giannakellis and the late Despina Sgourelli.

Mr Giannakellis is survived by his daughter Despina (George Katergaris), grandchildren Konstantinos, Eleni and Mattheos Katergaris, brother Nikolaos Giannakellis, sister Kleoniki Doukaki and many other relatives and friends.

The funeral will take place on July 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Evangelismos Tis Theotokou Church located at 777 St-Roch in Montréal followed by burial at the Jardins Urgel Bourgie, 2500 avenue des Perron in Laval.
