It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mrs Maria Idalina Da Silva on 8 July 2024 in Montreal. She was the wife of the late Antonio Bernardo Da Silva.

Mrs Da Silva is survived by her children Fernando (Lise), Maria (late Tony) and Lise (late Frank), her grandchildren Jacques (Joann), Vincent (Cécile), Christian, Matthew (Christie), Susan (Nicholas), Bianca (Tyler), Justin (Sabrina) and Amanda and her great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by her sister Dina, her sister-in-law Anna, her nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on July 16, 2024 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien Street in Montreal. The funeral service will be held on July 17 at 10 a.m. at the complex chapel followed by burial at Saint-Enfant-Jésus Cemetery.
