Mr. Michele Lionessa, husband of Mrs. Sylvie Méthot, passed away peacefully in Montreal on June 28, 2024, at the age of 93. A native of Italy, he was the son of the late Padro Antonio Lionessa and the late Marietta Monaco.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Nicole, Nancy (Pierre), Gino, Steve (Nathalie) and Kim. He was the father of the late Tony (Lise). He is also survived by his grandchildren: Alexandra (Tibor), Nicholas (Zoe and Léon), Sonia, Audrey and Yan. Michel will also be missed by many relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank all the staff at the Résidence Berthiaume-Du Tremblay for their kind and caring care.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien East in Montréal. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral complex chapel.
