It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Claude Varin on June 14, 2024 in Montreal. He was the husband of the late Raymonde Levasseur.

Mr. Varin is survived by his sons Sylvain (Sylvie) and Christian (Sylvain), grandsons Simon, Vincent and Étienne, and great-granddaughter Victoria.

He is also survived by his sister-in-law Monique (late Guy Varin), nephews and nieces, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on July 20, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien Street in Montreal.

A ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the complex chapel, followed by interment at Repos St-François d'Assise.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
