It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Lavallée Budkewitsch, on May 31, 2024 in Montreal, at the age of 91.

She was predeceased by her husband Johann (Hans) Budkewitsch, and is survived by her daughter Évelyne Budkewitsch.

She is also survived by her cousins Madeleine and Marielle Lavallée, nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews of the Lavallée and Budkewitsch families. Not to mention the Zeijdel family, the Ste-Dorothée choir, Évelyne's friends who loved her like a 2nd mother, her close friends Louise Bélisle, Colette, Nicole, Hélène, Sylvie, and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, June 09, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex located at 1255 Beaumont Ave., Mont Royal (Montréal).

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 09, at 5:00 p.m., in the chapel of the same complex.

Relatives are invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m. at the same funeral complex until the departure of the cortege. Interment will follow in Saint-Laurent Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Marie-Clarac Hospital Foundation would be appreciated in Suzanne Lavallée's honour.
