It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Robert Francoeur on May 26, 2024, at the dawn of his 86th birthday.

Son of René Francoeur and Rosa Gendron

He is survived by his daughter Sylvie, his son-in-law Eric Provencher and William, son of Eric, his beloved granddaughters,
Mégane (Alexandre and Eliott, sons of Alexandre) and Kim (Mathis).

He is also survived by his beloved older sister, Yolande Lemieux,
his brothers, Yvon (Nicole) and Marcel (Denise), Suzanne (sister-in-law and spouse of the late René Francoeur), all his nieces and nephews, as well as Denise Roy (Sylvie's mother) and her husband William (Bill) Smith.

Not to mention all those who came into contact with him, Sylvie's friends, the Provencher family, employees and customers of the Quebec grocery store.

A man who, despite his discretion, did not go unnoticed for his great generosity and kindness.
