Suddenly on May 17, 2024, Sally Yep left us just shy of her sixty-ninth birthday.

She will be forever missed by all who loved her as much as she loved us. Most especially by her husband, Tod Hoffman, who had the privilege and joy of spending the past thirty years in her constant presence and her light, by her family, her cherished dog, Haley, and so many friends upon whose lives she left an everlasting impression. She will be remembered for her unique fashion and design sense, her style, multitude of talents, and an infectious spirit that sparked happiness in all of us.

From the moment she took ill, she was surrounded by care and compassion. Her family will be forever grateful to the Emergency Room and ICU staff at the Montreal General Hospital. Cremation has taken place. When some small amount of our sorrow has eased, a private celebration of her beautiful life will be held.
