It is with sadness that we announce the death of Cécile Lamy, daughter of the late Ernest Lamy and the late Alice Lamy, on May 16, 2024 in Montréal.

She is survived by her children Michèle (Bertrand Goetschi), Pierre, Denis (Francine Roy), her grandchildren Frédéric (Amélie Jamin), Isabelle (Grégoire Wahl), Guillaume (Marie Boulanger), Vincent (Marie Phan), Valérie (Cesar Augusto Canaveral) and her great-grandchildren Jade, Estéban, Émilie and Arthur. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces, as well as many friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex located at 1255 Beaumont Avenue on June 1, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Entombment will take place at 10:00 a.m. on June 6 at the Sault-aux-Récollets Cemetery, rue Henri-Bourassa.

In lieu of flowers in Mrs. Lamy's memory, a donation to the Montreal Geriatric Institute Foundation would be appreciated.
