It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Raymond Goyer on May 9, 2024 in Montreal at the age of 68. He was the son of Lionel Goyer and Jacqueline Guénette.

He leaves to mourn his daughter Stéphanie, his daughter's mother Chantal Mathieu, his two sisters Francine (Renaldo Di Cesare), Suzanne (Yvon Leroux), his nieces Geneviève (Carlos Pimentel) and Marie-Christine, his grand-nephews and grand-nieces, as well as many relatives, friends and former colleagues, notably at RDS.

His humanity, generosity, attentiveness and kindness were underscored many times during the expressions of sympathy, and many mentioned that they had been touched by Raymond.

We will always be grateful to the CHUM staff, especially Dr. Paul Perrotte and Mrs. Sylvie Ménard, and to the staff of the Marie-Clarac Hospital Palliative Care Unit.

The family will welcome relatives and friends at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal Qc H1M 3E3 on June 9, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

A ceremony in his honour will be held that day at 4 p.m. in the Complexe lounge.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory would be appreciated.
