It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gilberte Hortense Mathieu on May 4, 2024 in Montreal.

She leaves to mourn her son Gilbert and her grandchildren Yann and Marie Lou. She also leaves to mourn her niece Marie-Claude and her family, her sister Michelle, her family in France, and many close relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien Rue E Montréal QC H1M 3E3 on May 23 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held in the complex chapel at 6:00 p.m. the same day.
