Jean-Pierre Lacharité, husband of Dayna Wright, passed away in Brossard on April 26, 2024, at the age of 82. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Sylvie (Michel Roy), Diane, Johanne, René (Karine Chagnon); his grandchildren: Simon Lacharité, Alexandra Lacharité-Ébacher (Samuel Morissette), Rémi Lacharité, Frédéric Lacharité-Ébacher (Maude Robitaille), Jean-François Lacharité-Ébacher (Bianca Primeau), Marc-Antoine Roy and Cynthia Roy;
his great-grandchildren: Amanda, Rosalie, Arthur, William , Novaly and Océane; his wife Terena Wright's daughter and children Casey Camber and Aaron Camber.

He was the brother of Florence (late Jean-Paul St-Cyr), Jeannette (Roland Lemieux), Gisèle (late Ronald Crochetière), André (Pierrette Robidoux), Rolland (Hélène Beaudry), Monique (Gaétan Cardinal), Henri-Paul (Dolores Bernard), Michel (Colette Parenteau), Claude (Line Rochefort), Louise (Yvan Rougeau) and Daniel (Line Coutu).

Jean-Pierre also leaves many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
