Mrs. Marie Dussault, 89, passed away peacefully at Verdun Hospital, Montreal, on March 25, 2024, following a very brief illness.

A native of Quebec City, where she lived until recently, she was the daughter of the late Eugène Dussault and the late Thérèse Plamondon, and sister of the late Louis (late Zita Clark), the late André, Charles (late Claire Aubin), the late Georges (Claire Fontaine), the late François (late Lucie Mercier), the late Édouard (late Aline Fiset) and René Dussault (Gladys Auger).

She is survived by her children Hélène Gagnon (Bernard Lachapelle) and André Gagnon, her grandchildren Charles (Kira Cormier) and Geneviève, her brothers Charles and René, her sisters-in-law Claire and Gladys, many nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Saint-Charles-Garnier Church in Québec City (1215 Avenue du Chanoine-Morel), where the family will receive condolences beginning at noon. Interment will be in Saint-Charles Cemetery at a later date.
