On March 19th, surrounded by her family, Emilia passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was 99 years old. She was born on October 18th, 1924 in Macchiagodena, Italy.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was married to the late Antonio Palmieri.

She leaves behind her children, Felice (Michelina) and Domenica (Giuseppe), her grandchildren, Luigi (Lynn), Linda (Domenic), Mauro, Tony (Kylie), Emy (David), Sonya (Nick), and her great-grandchildren, Alexa, David, Jenna, Kristina, Julia, Dalia, Diego, Santino, Alessia, Adriano and Eleonora. She is also survived by friends and family in Montreal and Italy. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will take place on Monday, March 25th from 4:00-9:00PM at Urgel Bourgie/Athos-Complexe funéraire,1275 Dollard Ave. LaSalle. The funeral will take place on Tuesday, March 26th at 11:00AM at Madre Dei Cristiani, 7935 Lefebvre Street LaSalle .
