Gilles Desroches, 79, of Sorel, passed away on March 8, 2024.

He is survived by his son Gilles Jr Roux; his grandchildren Angelik and Loïk Boucher. He was the brother of the late Roger, the late Fernand (Simone Valois), the late Claudette (the late Wilfrid Labelle), Marc (the late Georgette Rielle and the late Louise Jones), the late Yvette (the late Paul Hamelin), the late Gisèle (the late Ange-Émile Larocque), the late Georgette (the late Roger Diotte), the late Monique (the late Aimé Picard), Annette, Claude (Claudette Perron), Roger (Denise Benoit), Simone (Michel Jacques), Lucille (the late Gérald Dupuis) and Nicole.

He also leaves many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
