Jean-Pierre Légaré died at 4:14 a.m. on Friday, February 2, at the age of 63, at Santa Cabrini Hospital in Montreal. His benevolence and joie de vivre could light up any heart and give it hope where there seemed to be none. He had the power to see the good in everyone, and loved without measure. From where he is now, he will watch over his loved ones and bring them peace with them.

He is survived by his wife Sylvia Diodati, his children, Priscilla (Alain), Cynthia (Vedy), Giulio (Justine), and Bruno (Ariane), his brother Mario (Lucie), his sister Nancy (from the late Sylvain), his grandchildren, Antoine, Matteo, Eva, Jordan, Alyson and Brendon. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.

The family will welcome you at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Complex, 2500 ave des Perron, Laval, on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
A celebration will be held that same day at 5 p.m. in the complex's lounge.
