Florence Charbonneau, 102, passed away at CHSLD Marguerite-Rocheleau in Saint-Hubert on February 1. In accordance with her wishes, the family will welcome relatives and friends in the presence of her ashes from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, at the Urgel Bourgie/Athos Funeral Complex, 8145 Chemin de Chambly, Saint-Hubert, J3Y 5K2; a final tribute will be paid at 7 p.m.

In accordance with her wishes, a niche will be placed at a later date in the Ste-Claire columbarium at Repos Saint-François d'Assise, where the ashes of her husband Paul Boyer, who died in March 1997, lie.

She is survived by her son Jacques (Can Liao), her grandchildren Nicolas (Maroua) and Julia, her brother Bernard (Jacqueline), as well as Chantal, Marie-Josée and Sylvie, daughters of her daughter Lorraine who passed away in April 2008, and many relatives. She was the sister of Alberte, Paul, Jean, Fernand, Albert, André and Alain, all previously deceased.
