On January 30th, 2024, at the age of 96, passed away Mr. Gérald Plamondon, son of the late Lucien Plamondon and the late Albertine Girard. At his home in Montreal-Nord.

Mr. Plamondon is survived by his wife, the late Véronique Poirier, son Ronald (Gertrude Susen) and daughters Louise and Monique (Yves Langevin), and granddaughter Jacynthe Plamondon Houde.

He is also survived by nephews and nieces, cousins and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, February 16th, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, February 17th, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 17th, at 2 p.m., at Église Sainte-Gertrude, 11 891, boul. Sainte-Gertrude, Montreal-Nord.

Wearing a mask is recommended to protect family members at the funeral home and church; prevention is better than cure.
