Polyhronia (Poly) Vlahos nee Koutsomihas, 80 years of age, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born February 16, 1943 in Argos Orestikon, Kastoria, Greece.

As a mom, Yaya and big yaya she was the heart and soul of our family and she loved us all so deeply and unconditionally. Polyhronia touched the lives of many with her kindness, positivity, zest for life and her beautiful smile.

She is survived by her loving daughters Helen (John), Anastasia, grandchildren Amanda (Alain), Steve (Natalie), Alyssa (Giovanni), Olivia (Alex), great grand children Theodore, Violet and William, her brother (Nick), sister (Theodora), sister in laws, family & friends. Polyhronia was preceded in death by her loving husband (Stelios Vlahos), brothers (Vasili) and (Timoleon).

The memorial service to honor Polyhronia’s life will be held on February 7, 2024 from 4:00p.m. To 9:00 p.m. at Urgel Bourgie / Athos - Complexe funéraire de Ville Mont-Royal, 1255 Beaumont Ave. Mount-Royal, Quebec H3P 3J1.

The church service will be at Evangelismos Tis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church on February 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.

Following the burial service coffee will be served at the church hall. The burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. February 8, 2024 at Cimetiere Saint Laurent, 805 ave Sainte Croix, Saint Laurent, Quebec, H4L 3X6. Friends and family are invited to join in this celebration of life.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
