It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Madeleine Houle Lajeunesse on December 30, 2023, at the age of 97. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lajeunesse and the daughter of the late Ernest Houle and the late Hélène Dagenais.

She is survived by her children Ginette, Carole (Michel), Michel (Danielle) and Pierre (Simone), and her grandchildren Patrick, Geneviève (Daniel), Marie-Ève, Sarah and Yasmine.

She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Agathe and the late Léo, whom she loved so much.

She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on February 25, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Urgel Bourgie / Athos Funeral Complex, 6700 Beaubien Street East, Montreal. A ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. in the complex chapel.
