It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of René Leduc on October 9, 2023 in Montreal.

He is survived by his wife Hélène Lépine, goddaughter Marjolaine Dufour (Douglas Cortes), nephew Martin Dufour (Josée Tremblay), brother-in-law Yvon Lépine (Danielle Barbier).

He was the brother of the late Miville Leduc (late Astride Gagnon), the late Raymonde Leduc (late Maurice Beauchamp), his brothers-in-law Robert Lépine (Jacqueline Boyer), Réal Lépine (Claudette Paquet), Pierre Lépine (Michelle), his sisters-in-law Élise Marchand (late Romeo Lépine) and Suzanne Chalifoux (late Roland Lépine).

He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, the late Bernard Lépine, sisters-in-law Pierrette Lépine (late Clermont Dufour), the late Denise Lépine (late Claude Gagné).

He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, especially André Leduc and Ann Porter of Aylmer and Thérèse Fillion of St-Honoré, Saguenay.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie/ Athos Funeral Complex located at 6700 Beaubien East on October 21, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
