It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of George Bouassaly on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at the young age of 57 surrounded by his family.

Beloved son to Philip and Souad, and adored brother to Michael (Roxanne Boulos) and John (Nathalie Woolley). Proud and treasured uncle to Jenna, Catherine, and Tyler. He also leaves to mourn many relatives.

George will be remembered by the many family, friends, and acquaintances that had the chance to spend time with him throughout his life.

The family will receive your condolences on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 4 pm to 9 pm and on Thursday, September 28 from 10 am to 11 am at St George Orthodox Church of Montreal on 555 Jean-Talon East, Montreal.

Funerals will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 11 am, followed by the burial at Mount-Royal Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, your donation to Saint George Orthodox Church of Montreal or to the Montreal Association for the Intellectually Handicapped (AMDI) would be greatly appreciated.
