Emile Mina
With a heavy heart, we share that Emile Mina, passed away, peacefully, on January 20th, 2023 after a sudden stroke and heart attack.
Born in Sudan, to Shafig Mina and Samia Haddad, Emile is survived by his loving spouse Mary-Rose, his son Shafik (Nadine Bebawi), his daughter Claudia (Amr Aboubakr) and his grandchildren Gabriel, Benjamin, Sofia and Samia.
Emile was a colorful man with an unmatched “joie de vivre”. A man of steel with a heart of gold. His super power was not only to never miss an opportunity to lend a helping hand, but to do so before it was asked, to preserve the dignity of the person in need. He touched many with his kindness and his unique character.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Urgel Bourgie / Athos - Funeral Complex Town of Mont-Royal, located at 1255 Av. Beaumont, Mont-Royal, QC H3P 3J1, Canada.
Mass will be held on Friday, January 27th, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Cathedral Saint- Sauveur, Montreal, located at 10025 Boulevard de l'Acadie, Montréal, QC H4N 2S1.
