On December 5, 2022, at the age of 84, passed away Mrs. Doreen Murphy (originally from Rivière-du-Portage, N-B), beloved wife of Mr. Pierre Amyot.

We would like to acknowledge her courage, perseverance and determination in her journey with Parkinson's disease.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her 4 children: Richard (Lise), Martin (Myrka), Caroline, Louise (Marc) and her grandchildren: Carol-Ann, Jean-Philippe, Mylina as well as Laurence, Juliane, Mathieu (their mother Véronique) and Mikael, Alexandre. She also leaves to mourn several brothers (sisters-in-law), sisters (brothers-in-law), nephews, nieces and friends.

Donations to Parkinson's research would be appreciated. The Family thanks in advance all the people who will take part in her pain, as well as the staff of the Cité de la Santé hospital for their support and kindness.

The family will receive condolences at the Urgel Bourgie Laval funeral complex at 2500 avenue des Perrons, on Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a ceremony in the chapel.
