Firmino Afonso
In Montreal, on November 5, 2022, at the age of 90, passed away Firmino Arruda Afonso. He will rejoin his loving wife Gilda Rego, his parents Diamantina Frias and Manuel Arruda Afonso, his sister Cecilia and his brother José Carlos.
He leaves to mourn his children Manuel (Anna Yepifanova) and Lynda, his grandchildren Carmelina Fatima "Melanie" (Michele Falco), Alexander Gil, Annabelle Estrela, his great grandchildren Alessia and Lyanna, his brothers David and Manuel, many nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held on Monday November 14, 2022 at 11h15 at Marie-Auxiliatrice Church (8550, avenue Joliot-Curie, R.D.P.) the burial will follow at Notre-Des-Neiges Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donation to Montréal Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation will be appreciated.
