On Monday, 31 January 2022, Sophie Regina Stadnyk passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.

Beloved mother of Richard (Christine) and Diana (Ron). Cherished Grandma to Chelsea, Alyssa, and Stephen. Loving Great Grandma to Scarlett, Logan and Zander (late). She will be fondly remembered by Sister-in-law Eva Kapelanski and by Susan Lovell, and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

She worked at CNR for 27 years and there made great lifelong friendships. Upon her retirement, gardening became a favorite pastime. But above all, she was a devoted mother, grandma and great grandma.
Regina’s passing marks the end of an era. She leaves a legacy of deep memories. Her feisty spirit will be forever missed.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 5th, 2022 from 2:30 - 4:30 pm at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home located at 3955 Cote-de-Liesse road, Saint-Laurent, H4N 2N6. (514-735-2025). Funeral Service will follow will follow at 4:30 at Urgel Bourgie. Livestream will be available thru urgelbourgie.com.
