It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kevin Charles Phelan on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at the age of 82.

He departed peacefully, surrounded by his family and leaves to mourn his partner, Patricia Turgeon, daughter Anne Marie (Nicholas Kovacs), daughter-in-law Adelina Giannascoli, grandchildren James, Gregory (Marie Coladonato), Michael Kovacs (Foteini Tseflikas), Christina Kovacs, great-granddaughter Jenna Marie Kovacs along with former wife Joan Hutchingame (Gerry Bedard) and many beloved nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his three sons Patrick, Danny and Michael.

Due to the Public Health restrictions a private ceremony will be held on Saturday February 19th at 11am. You are invited to attend virtually by clicking on the orange camera.
