Robert Marcel Bouchard
With tremendous courage and dignity, Robert « Bobby » Bouchard passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Pre-deceased by his parents, Marcel and Kathleen Bouchard and his sister Danielle (Callum).
Bob will be forever missed by his loving and devoted partner in life Luisa, his adoring daughter Shannon (Ian), his dear brothers, Glenn (Diane), Andre (Lise), Mark (Jutta), Stephen (Lisa), mother-in-law Eva, brother-in-law Walter (Allison) many nieces and nephews, his best friend of 65 years, Tony (Christine) and numerous friends around the world.
Bob was a retired Montreal P.D. Police officer, who proudly served the force and community for 31 years. He truly loved and lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, spending time with his family and friends and his travels.
Bob had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. To be his friend was an exceptional gift. He will be forever remembered for his generosity and compassion to others.
The family express their deep gratitude to the staff of D10 North of the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Funeral services on April 13, 2019 at Urgel Bourgie, 6700 Beaubien east, Montreal. Visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Service at 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada.
