It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Edward Malouf on Friday January 26, 2018 at the age of 76. He leaves behind his beloved companion of many years Gisèle Miljour, and his cousins Robert (Bobby) Malouf, Nanette Malouf (Tom Koury), Celeste Malouf (Paul Rossy), Valerie Malouf (Pierre Foisy), Paul Malouf (Catherine Sabourin) and Marc Malouf (Kimberlee Awada). He was a kind, patient, calm and compassionate man with a deep love of his family, church and friends. He was passionate about sports and especially college football (Notre Dame), hockey & wrestling. He enjoyed spending time with his best buddies over a coffee at Tim Hortons. His favorite past time was going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and keeping in top shape. The family is grateful to the staff at St Mary’s hospital in the ICU and the 5th floor staff whose compassion, dedication, patience and prayers brought him much serenity and comfort. The family will receive condolences at Saint-Sauveur Melkite Greek Catholic Cathedral located at 10025 Boulevard de l'Acadie, Montreal H4N 2S1 on Tuesday February 6, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00 am. Funeral services will follow immediately thereafter at 11:00 a.m. at Saint-Sauveur Melkite Greek Catholic Cathedral.
