Édouard H. Archer
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Édouard H. Archer, on December 30th 2015, in Montreal. He was 87 years old.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Alixe Balu, his children Jessie, Élisabeth (Paul Moïse), Marie-Alixe (Eddy Martin), Chantal (Carl Alix Déjoie), Ketty-Michèle (René Saint-Pierre), Marie-Édouard Christelle (Godefroy Villemure), Margaret (Ralph Balian), Lesly (Margaret Chancy), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers Jacques (Guerda Cornail), Lucien (Rita Dufresne), Roger (late Maude Parent), Marcel (Rose-Marie Oriol), his sister Hortense (Joseph Étienne) and many relatives, friends and members of his extended family (Rony Balu, Thérèse Balu, Lynn Burton and Patrick Ulysse).
We will remember Édouard as a man of character, generous and proud of his family. He was a successful lawyer, a devoted professor and holder of a doctorate in psycho-education from Walden University, Boston. He had a life filled with love and achievements.
We will all miss our beloved Papite.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Fondation du CHUM (Hôpital St-Luc), to the benefit of the Geriatric Centre, be appreciated.
