Sharon Bracken, at the age of 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 18 at Toronto General Hospital in Toronto, Ontario.
She will be greatly missed.
Sharon is survived by her children; Adam Pietrzykowski (Amélie Lauzon) and Andrea Pietrzykowski, her siblings; Beverly Bracken (Mario Isabelle), Sandra Bracken (Jeff Colthorpe), and Kevin Bracken (Joanne Bracken) and her mother; Gwen Gleeson.
A Mass in Sharon's memory will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10:00am at St. John Brebeuf Parish located at 7777 George Street, Lasalle, QC H8C 1P8.
With a viewing to follow at Feron's Funeral Home at 1010 Boulevard Shevchenko, Lasalle, QC H8N 1N6 on January 31, 2015 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
